At last, the New Establishment issue of Vanity Fair is on newsstands everywhere, at 400 pages threatening to leave the nation's particle-board magazine racks in splinters. Nicole Kidman is on the cover baring her brassiere. Here's the online version of the Vanity Fair 100 list (in a dead heat with New Establishment as the project's official name for at least another year).
