A. A. Gill's piece in Vanity Fair's "Suri" issue [ah, the tawdry business of newsstand sales], about the wave of new euro-style condo buildings in NYC is the sharpest, nastiest, most crackin'-est magazine article I have read in a while, and the best architecture criticism I have read, um, ever.
It is *possible* that the version on the Web didn't have the benefit of that last round of copy-editing. Possibly.
